Initially, I was told the item was not eligible for refund though I attempted to return it within the posted 30-day timeframe. After a few email exchanges, I was given permission to return the item for a refund and eventually received it.

When our pastor leads communion, we don't have anything suitable at home to use. Concordia allows us to purchase small quantities of the little communion cups with the wafer on the bottom. And they taste really good. The price is reasonable, shipping is fast. They come in a pretty velvet bag. We highly recommend Concordia.

Deceptive Business Practices Their website showed “in stock” for a Bible curriculum. I purchased several. A week went by with no communication. I called Concordia, and they let me know that they canceled my order, but did not communicate with me or refund my money until I actually called. The item still shows in stock on their site, despite not being able to fulfill the order. Very irresponsible way to handle business. First and last time using them. Beware.
