December 6 received email advising shipment delay, and I faxed them the church’s tax form. December 7 I received confirmation of receipt of tax info. I continued to receive shipping date information up until our order arrived. The correct product undamaged. I phoned the company to thank them.

GBI didn't speak to a person but at least… I didn't speak to a person but at least I found on your website the battery-operated candles for our National Crime Victims Candlelight Vigil on the National Mall in DC on April 26. I used the manufacturer last year but they were sold out and Concordia only had them in stock - so I was happy about that. Delivery was on time and they matched the ones I purchased last year.

GBCommunion The product was delivered in a timely manner and the company identifies product and it list reviews for the product. The price is economical compared to Christian bookstores etc. keeping the organization in mind. I just pray that the product is back in stock soon.Googled the product and Concordia supply came up and it surpassed expectations.

GBMisunderstanding resolved satisfactorily Unfortunately, I had to return an item as it was not what I needed for my clergy role. Initially, I was told the item was not eligible for refund though I attempted to return it within the posted 30-day timeframe. After a few email exchanges, I was given permission to return the item for a refund and eventually received it.
