Wrong items sent but no refund provided I ordered Hello Kitty plates for my daughter's birthday but was sent some random silverware. Obviously the order was completely incorrect. I tried contacting Birthday Express through there website but they did not respond.

Very pleased customer The vinyl decals for my grandsons room were exceptional and greatly exceeded my expectations. The quality was wonderful with the thickness of the vinyl and the color. I could not have been more pleased and would HIGHLY recommend them to my friends.

Worthless & a complete disappointment Shipped late and only after I contacted them concerned because a week had passed without a shipping notice and it was getting close to the date needed. Only received one item out of my order despite being emailed a shipping invoice showing all had been shipped and being charged for all. No response to multiple emails trying to contact them. The one item I received was missing a piece. Super clear this company does not care about making things right which is sad considering they sell items for kids parties. My 6 year old was so disappointed we weren't able to give her friends the favors she had picked out.
