GBTerrible communication after approval of proof. I ordered a hoodie from this site and I only received a digital copy of the Kustom design. I have been trying for the past 3 weeks to get in contact with someone from the site and no one will get back to me. I tried reaching out to Lauren, the lady who originally reached out to me regarding my product. However, when I tried to reach out to her again with the same email she contacted me with earlier, her email was unable to be reached, as if the email address had been deleted. The actual Kustom graphic is great but I spent $80 on a product that I have not received and can't get in touch with someone for a tracking number to know if it is being shipped or not. I am disappointed with the contact us on the website, because it says that you will be reached via email if a response isn't given and the window closes. I have not received any email, I have not been contacted, and I am extremely disappointed in the professionalism and business practices of this group. I hope a member of this group will see this and reach out to me regarding my order and it's status, which is currently non-existent.

GBwhitewashed a BIPOC person… The artist whitewashed a BIPOC person and when asked twice, did not make changes to that person’s skin color that would be more accurate. Reached out to the email provided to try and get it corrected or money back but no response.

GBHorrible Horrible. They sent a proof that needed a couple of changes. After a few days, I emailed customer service. Two weeks later I FINALLY heard back and was told they'd already sent it, but they would be happy to resend it. Its been another two weeks, and nothing.

GBBob’s Burger delight! I had them do a Bob’s Burgers portrait of my boyfriend and I. They were fast, professional and delivered exactly what I wanted. I was allowed to add things I wanted to personalize my cartoon even after they did the proof with no additional fees. I was so happy with their work and would recommend anyone to do well know cartoon portraits with them.

GBTerrible customer service The artwork finally turned out great after requesting the same change three times. This change was in the original description and in photos. It’s also been three weeks since I approved the artwork and I have not received an email about it shipping. I’ve emailed one customer service representative and reached out via the website. I have yet to hear back either way. The artwork is good but the customer service is severely lacking. If my artwork is never shipped they basically just stole the upcharge and are refusing to answer me.
