After several emails After several emails, which started with them telling me my order was shipping, they are now telling me they have no record of my order in their "system", and they asked for a "correct" email. My order should be under the same email they sent the "your order is shipping" message to. Now, I have just been ignored for several days. Lesson learned: never order from a FB ad. Hoping the $40 they stole from me at least went to feed a hungry family.
