Do not order from this scam Yes, the company is a scam. I place an order before Christmas and it is still not shipped. Reached out to customer service on multiple platforms with no response. DO NO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Once you look into the website and socials, you can tell that they are a scam. The instagram notes a New York location and the website notes a Georgia location.

SCAM! If you scroll down you will see I posted another review earlier this year. The company responded to me on this site apologizing and asked me to email them directly to get me the products I ordered. I emailed them that day and they never responded. I have still never heard back from them. They promised me a refund and also never did that. I had to contact my bank to report a scam to get a refund. Whoever "Melissa" is a dogasocks clearly is not "determined to address it" as she says. I am very skeptical of the five star reviews that have been left this past month - seems like they are fake. Do not order from this company it is seriously just a scam.

When I emailed them asking if they even received my order (which my card was charged, so the better have) I received an unprofessional email in all lowercase. I hope it’s not a scam! Was really looking forward to surprising my brothers with these socks on Christmas.
