Awesome Customer Service They say a man’s character doesn’t get revealed until he faces adversity. The same can be said for a company. There was a problem with my order and it was very time sensitive. I contacted the company and told them the problem with the order and without hesitation or questioning who’s fault it might be they told me they will take care of it and will reprocess my order. The new order arrived in plenty of time and I am extremely satisfied with the service. By the way this was a small dollar amount order but they treated me like it was a huge, huge order. 100% satisfied!

Not what I expected My granddaughter lives one block from San Rafael Bay so half of the puzzle is water which is just a big blue sameness. I think that more of the city could have been shown so that streets and highways and other landmarks would create a learning experience, It is still in the box. The refund on the shipping charges added one star.

Slower than expected. Product quality was as expected My order took longer than expected to arrive causing panic as we inched toward Christmas. I am not sure if the issue was with the Post Office or the shipper. My puzzle was in a nice box and everything was as expected with the puzzle. My mother loves it! She has not noticed yet that the center of the puzzle is house shaped and is her address where she grew up. I will order from this seller again as I love a personalized gift.

Arrived Late and Damaged The order for a hometown jigsaw puzzle was placed and confirmed on Nov. 29, but arrived after Christmas. The puzzle packaging was damaged in shipment, although the pieces appear intact. The gift wrapping I ordered was completely useless. I suggest that you find alternate methods of shipping or packaging to prevent this type of delay and damage.

This puzzle arrived in a generic box… This puzzle arrived in a generic box that does not have the photo of the puzzle. I bought this for my elderly mother of her home in that she had to move from hoping it would be a wonderful experience. It's a frustrating experience. I would like my money back and have called requesting either the exact copy of the image or a full refund. It's absurd to not at least put a folded up image inside the box. Very disappointed. This was something I was most excited to learn about and excited to give it to her and share the experience.
