Great product. Slow local post. Great product. Very happy. Dispatched as per advertised time. However was slow to receive due to the item sitting in local customs and no tracking updates. Local post times are not the fault of GoDuckee however they may consider using a more premium postal service.

Painfully slow shipping Ordered an item from this company and paid for priority processing+ shipping. will update review when the item finally arrives. Whatever company they use for the shipping partner is absolutely worthless. The company sent that the item was being shipped out and after 11 days it still has not made its way to USPS. Beware that ordering from this company seems to take a ridiculous amount of time to actual get your order.

Beautiful, Customized Ornament I ordered a customized ornament as a Christmas gift. It arrived safely and timely and looked exactly as advertised. The quality was great and I would order from them again. The two small negatives were these: I gave my email for a discount code they never actually sent me. Also, a better idea of the shipping/arrival timeframe would have made the experience better.

LOVED the product LOVED the product! I'm only giving 4 stars because it took a while for it to get to us, but that was the fault of USPS and not GoDuckee. GoDuckee reps were very communicative when I reached out about the delay and continued to check in until the product was finally received. I might suggest using a more reliable service than USPS (they delivered to the completely wrong address, but thank goodness for honest neighbors!) Other than that, very happy with my purchase.

Give yourself a lot of time! If I could give no stars - I would. I can't speak to the quality of the product as I have not received it. I ordered Christmas gifts for friends in what I thought was plenty of time (beginning of December). I suggest that if you plan to order from this company that you allow more than enough time to get your product as it comes on a slow boat from somewhere. As of today, I can't even verify it has been shipped. Very upset!
