Great selection, great service I've used Myfavoritecity for several big events I've planned. They have a great selection of items that work well for corporate event gifts. I also use them because their service is first rate.

Missed opportunity I submitted a request to my favorite city with no response yet. My order took too long to be delivered, so unable to use for the intended purpose. Still waiting to hear about a refund. If it would have been delivered more timely I am sure I would have been pleased. Because of the shipping and lack of customer service, I do not plan to order from My Favorite City in the future.

SKETCHY! If you aren't making 25 baskets for 4 out of state conferences, expecting your $350 order to come within a month, don't need to reach customer service by 'live chat' or by phone within that month of waiting for your products to arrive, then MyFAvoriteCity will not disappoint you. They do have unique items but the stress and anxiety they caused me for my biggest order of the year was not worth it and after requesting my order to be cancelled 3x, low and behold, I got my products delivered! They cost me more money than I earned since I had to pay extra shipping to rush my orders to my clients out of state to meet their deadline. I will NEVER order from them again.

This company is HORRIBLE! Their customer service is non existent. I have left voicemail's and sent multiple emails on a care package I was trying to send 10 days ago. After not hearing from any one, I canceled the order.

Beautiful, Yummy, and Fun Gift Basket! I ordered a special custom gift basket for my girlfriend. She recently had major surgery and needed cheering up. I had great products to choose from and was very pleased with the final outcome. My girlfriend was so excited when it arrived. It was so beautifully packaged! The customer service was great!
