I Feel Cheated Buy two cards, deducted from my bank account and never sent me the codes. I wrote the claim on their support site, I was told once, I have waiting more than a week and I have not solved the problem. I left a number of reports Information for Incident (CLIENT Ref:IN:00121827)of incidents, but have not solved anything by it. Do not send codes my refund my money to my bank account. I bought 2 $100.00 google play card… I bought 2 $100.00 google play card today for 2 of my grandchildren which I went to their home to give them their Birthday gift cards and they tried to redeem them and the 2 cards came up as not activated and I bought them at my local Walmart and it shows on my receipt from Walmart that I paid for the 2 cards. So I went back to Walmart and they told me that there was nothing they could do cause it showed on my receipt that they were paid for and that they were activated but when my grandkid tried them it said they were not activated. So I called google play support and they want me to jump through hoops and email the cards and the receipt which I did and they told me that is not where it ends that I'm going to have to jump through more hoops just to get them activated. This is not fair. All I need is them to activate them. But it looks like I'm going to lose $200. My advice is don't waste your money they are just as sorry as ITUNES.
