Great Customer Service !!! I ordered two items, paid for two items but only received one item - I reached out to Customer Service who responded very quickly and said they made an error and gave me several options to make it right. This is some of the best Customer Service I have received and would not hesitate to recommend them AND the item I ordered was very well received ! Thank you Peter for going above and beyond to make my experience a positive one !

Defective Flag I ordered a full size flag. Took almost a month to arrive, little/no shipping updates provided. When the product arrived, it was defective (one side right side up, opposite side upside down). I've been requesting a refund for several days with no response.

Sent 7 emails, no reply. Calling my CC company today to dispute. Waste of $131.00. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OVERSEAS COMPANY!!!!
