GBMy family loves these cards This year due to financial and personal hardships, I was not able to send out Christmas cards to my family or friend's for the first time. Luckily I still had Christmas cards I had purchased prior from you and got to hand deliver them to my 3 sisters who live here near me and some individual family members who live nearby and friend too. They all received different cards and just loved them. I told them the cards were my gift. Along with a few things I picked up during the year I was happy what I could do. GBShipping is awful - order never arrived. I placed an order for over $100 on January 1. This is the first order I have ever placed with Lovepop. Shipping was free and the order ships from Texas to NY...apparently it is lost in limbo still not here after almost two weeks. They say 3-5 business days , it's now 9 business days. They have no answer. Lovepop wants to ship a replacement order out. I asked for a refund. DO YOURSELF a favor and order from some other "pop up" company. READ all the reviews - this Company doesn't appreciate the customer!

GBFAIL - No birthday wishes for Mom and Auntie. I ordered several cards, two of them personalized and to be delivered for birthday wishes. The others were to be sent to me. I placed the order in early February for late February birthdays. The cards never came. I didn't receive any notice that they couldn't deliver the cards. Once the birthdays had passed and I still hadn't gotten the cards, I logged onto the site and my order was still listed as "Unfulfilled." After contacting them, I received a refund. That's the least they could do (no favors in that.) However, my mom and aunt did not receive the card and "flowers" for their birthday. I typically order real flowers but thought this would be a nice surprise and change of pace. Never again Love Pop! You can't be trusted to deliver or to notify your customer that you can't deliver so that we can make other arrangements.

GBDisney Springs Location I visited the one at Disney Springs, Orlando. Very inviting, clean, well lit, well displayed and interactive. I signed up for text/email and received a nice enticement offer. I just made a big sale and I want a simple, yet memorable "Thank You" gift for the lady. She loves butterflies and the Butterfly bouquet was perfect. I ordered it using the $2.99 shipping option and I got it in about a week. Perfectly acceptable. But I also bought another item that won't be shipped until Oct 24 (Christmas related). I didn't know if they would ship out the Butterfly one now or wait until October. This was my first order. I emailed the question and had a reply in within 10 minutes. I will be a return customer.

GBslow to deliver slow to deliver, but do provide unhelpful customer service. May have been great years ago, but customer service reported shipped week ago while tracking shows not yet sent. I reached out a few days prior (from order last week)and was surprised when told tracking provided was not accurate as the 6$ i paid for shipping one card did not include tracking. Cards are cute, but service and transparency lacking especially when promos came out days later with free shipping for valentines day (irony).
