2 weeks passed with no shipping… 2 weeks passed with no shipping confirmation, or even any update at all after ordering, so I had to reach out to them (twice) and on the second time they responded with tracking info. Which is fine. Shipping was slow even after that, but I expected that. Overall about what I expected from a site like this, service wise.

A lovely idea but disappointed with the… A lovely idea but disappointed with the quality. The wood is thin, the cotton thread will not last . It’s was expensive for what it is and I had to pay another €7.00 on top for duty.

I never recited mine . I never received mine my signs . I reach to the company but nothing was done . Very disappointed it was a special day for my daughter.
