I paid $200 for a dress that I can't … I paid $200 for a dress that I can't get the zipper up or down on without a lot of manipulation. Heaven forbid I should try to dress myself! Also, it has a scalloped neckline, which looks beautiful in theory, but when I got it, it was so loose and bunchy that it looked ridiculous. I will have to spend more money on alterations.

Terrible I ordered a bridesmaid dress with no special sizing or instructions plenty of time before the wedding. It fit perfectly, but the style did not suit my body and I was told I looked "frumpy." So, I went online to return it and select a different Dessy dress. Dessy said my dress was a special order and could not be returned/refunded. I then looked at the bridesmaid dresses in my showroom, and all of them say "special order" in small print underneath! I feel scammed and am disappointed in their business ethics. I asked to return it anyway and received no reply. Avoid this place, they do not deserve your business.

I've been in two weddings this year I've been in two weddings this year, and this was by far the WORST experience I've had. I went to the Dessy NYC showroom. It took two months for me to get an appointment (requested in March; appointment in May). I followed the procedure and requested dresses to be pulled and provided my size. When I got to the showroom, non of the dresses were int he size I requested and this information wasnt provided to me before I got there. The person assisting me was very demeaning, fat shaming, and outright unhelpful. She then gave me information for the incorrect dress and I had to order the dress online. This was a horrible experience.

Super disappointed :( I was very … Super disappointed :( I was very careful measuring and selecting my size, but the dresss arrived too small. Like, 2 inches too small. Now, since there are no returns, I'll be spending almost as much as I did on the dress itself just to have it altered. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
