review i am a new user to this site but so far so good

I ordered a card for my grandsons… I ordered a card for my grandsons birthday, I gave them 4 days to get it delivered to me, I paid an extra amount for first class postage, and yet they still let me down. i have received a refund from them, but no explanation as to why they let me down. If I could , I would give therm a minus score. If you let people down, at least have the guts to apologise. as you can well imagine, i will make sure that my family, and people I know, never use this company.

The Best Greeting e Card company I could find My experience with other greeting places, Don't do anything for me because the cards are not funny, or they want you to print them out and put faces in them or the people look like stick people, They just don't have the thought that you do and the selection that you do at My Cards. and they don't send them to Facebook friend and I hope you send them to there profile and the wall.?
