What a dreadful unreliable Company. What a dreadful unreliable Company. I ordered 3 different types just before Christmas. They showed up as In Stock. After paying for them I received a subsequent email informing me that a certain type wasn’t available. I cancelled the order. A few days later I decided to reorder as they were cheap and spent a lengthy time on the phone explaining that the substitute would not work near my loft. We agreed that I’d be sent all the lanterns that were in stock and that they would inform me when the missing one would be in and then they’d send that separately. Having just emailed them to ask about this the Manager that I spoke to on the phone disputed my conversation and even claims I’ve had the substitute- which I haven’t!! Ask yourself this: Why would I bother to waste my time writing this for a paltry £2.99 of very cheap and flimsy lanterns. The Answer is because of their extremely poor Customer Service and noone else should Trust them. Don’t waste your money. I wanted a Set of all the same material etc. Now I won’t have that!! Really poor Company and lacking empathy.
