GBThe substitutions this company makes to… The substitutions this company makes to orders are ridiculous. I totally understand swapping out one flower in a bouquet but sending an entirely different bouquet then the one ordered is kind of wild…Whats the point of even having online descriptions of products if the delivered items are completely different.

GBDONT BUY FROM HERE - IT'S FRAUD! I ordered the beautiful Golden Edged Sansevieria Trifasciata for my daughter's birthday. Not only did I not receive any notice that the plant was out of stock and we needed a substitute, but the substitute is absolutely tiny and unhealthy. It's a joke by comparison. I emailed the owners and received back a form email explaining that 'substitutions were normal' etc. Sure, I don't mind a substitution, but that should AT MINIMUM match what I ordered, or give me a choice, Neither happened. I asked for a replacement and was refused. Wow. Never, ever again - don't do it either!

INThey deserve a zero star if there's an… They deserve a zero star if there's an option. I ordered a Moet & Chandon Imperial brut and a large blended blooms mixed rose bouquet. I paid GBP 183 and they delivered a cheap local wine and pathetic flowers. It was a surprise birthday gift for a dear friend. Never ever order from them as they cheat on people. Pathetic customer service as they will keep replying every time to state that the damage has to be reported with pictures even if you are reporting that what you ordered was not what they delivered!!!! Do not get duped. They are liars and even the feedback link they sent in their delivery confirmation was malicious!!!!! Pathetic customer service and experience. Would recommend never to order from LA blooms.
