I only took one star off simply because there was something I wasn't clear about concerning the "Mapkins" that I bought. Not sure if it were a lack of my understanding or the product information wasn't explicit enough. That said, even though purchased around the very busy Christmas period I received a personal email response from the company explaining things perfectly. I can't remember exactly the order to delivery time but it was very timely. My friend loved the originality and quality of the gift and next time round I can order something for her to match. I'd certainly use them again.

Missing order and no correspondence! I am still awaiting a response regarding a missing order. I originally had some correspondence but that has since stopped. I will be asking for a full refund!
