GBAvoid at all costs Awful, delayed product, no customer service at all!! You submit a ticket and they provide a response and then if you reply they ignore you. I have still not received my product and I don’t expect to now so that’s nearly £200 down the drain and I can’t contact them to do anything about it! I will never shop here again and will be recommending that nobody else does either!

GBI WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN At the request of LIGHTINTHEBOX I am writing this follow up review to my previous post. They asked that I edit the previous review to a more favorable report and also asked that I give them a 4 or 5 star rating. These people do not seem to understand that good customer service and value comes at the beginning of the transaction, not as the result of negative reports to BBB, Trustpilot, etc.. Their offer to refund only 80% of the paid amount and only after significant coercive pressure via BBB and Trustpilot indicates that this company operates on the fringe of legitimacy and has little or no regard for the customer. I would never use their services again.

CHNo refund of damages items and no care! I received defective items and inaccurate measurements so I complained and they offered me refund but until now nearly 2 months I have not received the refund yet and they sent me email that the problem has been resolved from their end and can not do anything about it. So yes I received the rubbish and lost my money. So be careful don't shop with them ever!

DKCheck the sizes and return policy before you buy shoes and clothes at lightbox.com - you can´t return it! I want to warn others against buying stuff from Lightinthebox. They have the worst return system of all online shops in Denmark -or rather none at all! The package arrived from Lithuania and I paid 20 Dkk for delivery. In order to return the purchase I have to send it to China and pay at least hundred DKK for the return post fee. I have to fill in the custom labels myself and may only use the postal services of Postnord. The sandals that I have bought are made of plastic that is useless on skin, they have a strong smell of organic solvent and the sole is stiff -bad quality in general and also, there was no clear warning about the sizes being 2 numbers smaller than in Europe and about the cost of return exceeding the cost of the sandals. So all together rather buy shoes and clothes in european companies that deliver good quality and guarantee free or cheap and easy return of goods. I add starn no. 2 because the company, after a leghty correspondence and a weak review on this platform, agreed to refund the amount of money corresponding to the price ex. delivery minus an additional amount equal to the cost of delivery that I have paid originally, which think is a fair way of solving the discourse.

GBAVOID I ordered a dress. It arrived- very poor quality/paper thin. I cannot return this item. I cannot Log-in to my account as it will not recognise my password/mobile phone number. This is no other way of contacting this company. Avoid using them. Only use UK based companies.
