THE WORST THE WORST. DO NOT ORDER. TOTAL SCAM. Ordered 4 dresses only received three. Two of the three were supposed to be the same - they were totally different in EVERY WAY. ALL three dresses were NOTHING like what was sold to me...Sizes WRONG, material TOTALLY WRONG, cuts COMPLETELY DIFFERENT - in one case there were fake buttons? Totally unwearable. When I contacted the customer service team they had me going in circles for 20 emails, no refund. So disappointing, out $140 and NOTHING was wearable.

The dress was PERFECT! I recomend to bye from this company I admit i was a little consern after I googled the Company and People were warning others to by anything. I ordered the dress Des 6th 2014, and it arrived Jan 14th 2015. So it took a little longer than 20 days as promised. But it was just in time as the prom for my daugther is in 2 days. Customer service: GREAT! Always quick to respond via chat and email The dress fits PERFECTLY. We ordered custom made size. I could not be more satisfied With this dress! Horrible company! The dress they sent didn't even come close to fitting and when returned they said they gave us out refund and 4 months later they are still telling me to be patient! Do not buy from this crooked company!!!!!!!!!! The sizes are completely wrong and you apparently may never get your money back!!

Horrible Worse experience I've ever had with ordering online! It took 4 months for my dress to be delivered and when it did, it was a cheaply made knock off of the dress. Looked almost nothing like it. Cheap fabric, different color. Looked like a completely different dress. Tried to get a refund but they would not cooperate at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars! In short, two months later - no dresses, no refunds. My event came & went, so naturally I request to cancel the order & get a refund. Every day I call, send messages & try the on-line chat all for nothing. As of now, WellsFargo has refunded my money & their claims department is handling it for me! KissDresses.com IS RAN BY THIEVES!
