The time for delivery after order was… The time for delivery after order was too long. No update, communication until I sent email asking. I feel if I had not asked several times, I still may not have the product. Sales processing to delivery is too long.

The post guards were exactly what we… The post guards were exactly what we needed. Making our bollards much more visible and less likely to get hit. The communication from post guard was great. Due to the market delivery times were hard to pin down but post guard kept me up to date on when I would receive my product.

Excellent to work with, especially when there is a problem! I don't have my product yet because the wrong product was sent due to a mistake made by a trainee at the company. I called and the Office Manager and she couldn't have been nicer! She sent pickup labels for the return and will send me my new product as soon as it is off backorder. Dealing with this company has been a pleasure so far even though I don't have the product yet. She told me I would have the correct products in 4-5 weeks. I liked the fact they they accepted the responsibility for the mistake and are taking the steps to correct it.

Way Better option than painting. Way Better than Painting...We purchased 10 of the 7" bollard covers and installed them including cutting them them all to length- all ten in less than 15 minutes total. Try painting your bollards with two to three coats of safety yellow paint in less time than that. Love the product we will be purchasing more and never painting again!!!
