Product is great Product is great. Lead time\shipping times could be better and shipping costs need to be more upfront. Also, would have preferred more foam to secure more properly (was recommended that I purchase larger size). So while it does what it's designed to do, it could be more secure than it is.

Just got a new generator installed by… Just got a new generator installed by my driveway and a protective bollard was placed in front of it for protection. It was a nice dull piece of steel so we looked for a nice cover for it. Found Post Guard online and looked at the many options. Found what we wanted, ordered it, and it was delivered promptly. Looks much better than the dull steel and I don't have to paint it.

The time for delivery after order was… The time for delivery after order was too long. No update, communication until I sent email asking. I feel if I had not asked several times, I still may not have the product. Sales processing to delivery is too long.

Excellent to work with, especially when there is a problem! I don't have my product yet because the wrong product was sent due to a mistake made by a trainee at the company. I called and the Office Manager and she couldn't have been nicer! She sent pickup labels for the return and will send me my new product as soon as it is off backorder. Dealing with this company has been a pleasure so far even though I don't have the product yet. She told me I would have the correct products in 4-5 weeks. I liked the fact they they accepted the responsibility for the mistake and are taking the steps to correct it.
