Quality service and product Have been using Hale Groves for Christmas gifts for years and have always been pleased. They do every thing well. Keep you up to date on your order, let you know when it is delivered and only once, over the years, was there a small problem and they over did the fix. The receipiants have gushed over the quality so much I have decided to order some for myself even tho I live in Florida and could probably find a fruit tree in my neighborhood.

The first time I ordered from Hale… The first time I ordered from Hale Grove, it took a month for them to ship to me. The naval oranges were pretty good. The second time I ordered from Hale Grove, they came quicker, however, it had molded oranges in one of the trays. I took a picture of the molded fruit and sent it to them in an email, which has now been 2 weeks, and I’ve yet to hear back from them. I will be in search of another orchard to purchase from!!

Website was slow But Website was slow as I'm guessing a lot of people were trying to get into website for the Buy 1 Tray Get 1 Free Tray Promotion. Instead of closing the website for the deal at the 11:59 ending time the site remained opened and people were still allowed to put in orders at the promo price after the deal had officially ended. Good for you!
