Great customer service and dedicated account manager My account manager Eric Weiss is on top of it. He was very patient while I slowly started up my business and rarely answered my phone. As soon as I needed help getting my merchant account, Eric worked fast and efficiently to set me up and get my account approved. Payment Cloud is very professional.
