GBHad the part I needed Had the part I needed. Shipping was fast. Pressure gauge was damaged when I opened the box. Called Farmer Bob's and was amazed with Bill that answered the phone and took care of the issue. Only question asked was my order number and Bill had replacement on the way same afternoon. Oh yeah, Bill said he would go in the warehouse and open the box and make sure needle was not floating around in fluid as previous one. Where do you get customer service like this anymore more? New pressure gauge was perfect.

GBOrder arrived Monday Order arrived Monday, I opened it around 4pm. Two items, pin assortments were shipped as singles instead of the stated quantities. Called the toll-free number and chatted with a guy (Brent or Brant). He pulled the order and instantly understood what had happened and assured me it would be handled that day. This is about 4:30 pm their time. Short parts arrived Friday per his comment. Bob's has 2 thumbs up from me and I will be a repeat customer!
