My only issue is in the event of emergency where you need urgent response, you sometimes might not get in time probably due to difference in time zones.

Since 2015, the uptime that WinHost has provided was very close to 100% (we tracked it to 99.99%). When there was downtime, it was only about 5-8 minutes every other month or so. When we did need to contact support, they were relatively fast and always very respectful and helpful. Overall, we’d recommend WinHost and we’ll be back if we ever need to host another Windows website!
