HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called looking for my produce since it had been almost 5 days since I ordered. Left a voicemail for their customer service rep. NO CALL BACK RECEIVED. Food was delivered ONE WEEK after shipped. FOOD WAS ROTTEN, DISGUSTING, WET, SMELLY, AND FLIES FLEW OUT OF THE PACKAGE. Promptly threw out package and all contents immediately after opening. Filed a dispute with my credit card. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Super Happy We can’t find these cachuchas reliably so it’s been a struggle to make our sofrito. Found this online and COULDNT BE HAPPIER. Normally I’d brag about the packaging which was done so well with nice protection, however the quality of each and every pepper (we ordered 3 lbs worth) was absolutely perfect! We’re used to buying these in the stores and always end up throwing out a few slimy ones or overripe - not here. All were great. Will def re order from Vega

Perfect Fruit Fast Shipping I ordered a sour orange it was delivered within 4 days of ordering. It was packaged well. The fruit was not damaged in anyway. I’m using it in a recipe for a gift and sour oranges are not available where I live. I appreciated being able to get it quick and in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again myself.

Excellent customer service & delicious produce I have not tried their boxes; my orders have always been a la carte. I’ve ordered from them three times and while I did have a couple issues (missing or not very fresh produce), customer service has always been very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I will certainly be ordering from them again.
