GBThey are a scam How can a company be open online for ordering and not have any ways to be contacted? My order was placed on 11th of February and I was able to process the order and rightly receive an email with an order confirmation. Since then I have only waited for a dispatch email. The only contact number provided where no one is available and no return calls are made by them after leaving several voicemails. This contact number still rings and has space to leave messages & how!!! The only email provided was used to send several emails but just like the phone number, no response! This is a total lapse of ethical code & trading standards and needs to be reported. UK & US are same company and I had ordered form the UK branch.

GBAwful service Good product, absolutely awful service. I was their subscription customer and every time they delayed my order due to one reason or another. On top of that they have extremely poor customer service. If you or your family rely on camel milk (like me) then look elsewhere as these guys don't care.

GBWas surprised by the great taste I was absolutely surprised that i loved the milk. Im allergic to dairy and missed having in it coffee and tea drinks. I could not tell the difference at all. I unfortunately have lyme disease and even if I didn't have an allergy to dairy, I am suppose to stay away from dairy for inflammatory purposes. I did find i was a lot more arthritic while drinking it daily. If you are thinking about it the flavor, I say don't worry and go for it.

GBExperience has been the worst I’ve ever… Experience has been the worst I’ve ever seen. Was supposed to get my subscription order almost 4 weeks ago and still no sign of it. Been reaching out to the customer service through text and emails, there has been absolutely NO response from anyone. Absolutely terrible service. Will be canceling subscription services for its undependability and nonexistent costumer service.

GBcustomer Service Satisfaction Michelle is such a wonderful personel at Desert Farms!!! From day one, I was given very valuable informations about Camel milk and other Desert Farm products. She has been a very good advocate fir me with the shipping drpartment for my shipment delay and has given me the reassurances of my upcoming shipment. She is prompt to respond and has been very patient with me… I am an elderly senior and English is not my first language, but Michelle makes that I understand. I am very impressed with her great customer service!
