Communication has been a bit inconsistent, and I've experienced delays in shipments, impacting my Amazon Ranking. In the initial months, they seemed efficient, but over time, there have been some issues. However, they have promptly contacted me for payment matters. I would appreciate faster responses when preparing packages for shipment. Additionally, the storage cost structure could be more flexible, as it remains fixed regardless of the volume sent from the warehouse. Despite these concerns, I believe they have the potential to enhance their service and build stronger relationships with customers.

It all sounds fancy with distributed warehouses and AI predictions but in reality you need to be a gigantic seller to be able to cover the service fee and actually enjoy the services. Nowadays price for the shipment is crucial! If I need to pay for the shipment twice the price of an item I wouldn't call myself a businessman.
