Our 2 yo Westie has been on probiotic… Our 2 yo Westie has been on probiotic chews for healthy gut for the past year. He had has a dramatic improvement in his bowel movements, appetite, bad breath and dental health. He eats them as a treat. Strongly recommend this product.

Poor Customer support Customer support not that great. When asking to change items ship them back for the correct items the told me to keep them at no charge but then only gave me $11 credit on $40 spent. Wouldn't recommend trying to return items and expect an proper refund. Tell me I need to update my subscription which I did then they took part of my money that should have been returned to me and used it to send me what I just changed my subscription to when I never asked them to use my refund for that as I already paid all new subscriptions as I had to first cancel the original subscription setup before I can get the corrected item.

Just recently I contacted them because the system didn't take a coupon that was offered when I checked out. The gave me a refund of what was offered and didn't receive. They respond immediately to any inquiries.

I first started my Pittie on the… I first started my Pittie on the Allergy and Immune chews for about 4 months and switched to another companies chews as these did not make a difference in his itching and skin rashes. The jury is still out on the Probright, I have hopes it will work. Customer service has been wonderful working with me.

Grateful Subscriber My 2 older dogs were experiencing itchy, irritated skin, excessively licking the paws and joint pain (from arthritis & prescribed pain medication). One year ago I started them on the pro-biotic supplement and the joint care. They are so much happier! No more itching and I haven’t had the need to use pain medications in several months. These products are so important to my dogs’s well-being that I use the subscription so I don’t run out. I’m very very happy with the product results.
