BTS Stay Gold Watch I saw this advertisement on facebook and at first i thought i made a huge mistake for purchasing because i didn't receive an order confirmation email. So i happen to get some ads from them in my inbox and i tried replying to them asking for it, and to my surprise they we're very responsive and approached my concerns professionally. They also gave me shipping options which is good because the international shipping is understandably delayed specially in these pandemic times. I received the watch today in good condition, wore it for the next 7-8 hours, still working and looking great. A simple yet classy feeling and i love the prominent smell of leather on the black strap. Reminds me of my Milan days. Perfect gift too for a BTS fan 💕

BTS merch Ordered earrings and a BTS ring, had ordered a Jimin ring before but when received it was too small, customer service took size of Jimin ring and sent my BTS one slightly bigger n it fits perfectly on my finger. Can't fault delivery time and anytime there has been a issue customer service couldn't be anymore helpful. Fab site to use

Good customer service I ordered 2 items and only received one of them. Apparently since BREXIT - as with many companies - there are increased difficulties with cross border shipping (I live in Austria); they are working on it... Was disappointed and angry at first, but the customer service (shout out to Cynthia) was really great! Got the second part sent again and even two small gifts with it, which I was really happy about. The goods themselves were tiptop.

Sizing advice and customer service I needed some advice about sizing for a hoodie I was intending to order. I messaged them via Facebook Messenger and the customer service I received was outstanding. Great BTS Merch I received all my orders ( Butter mug and hoodies) within the time frame mentioned. They were well made ( design and print ). The hoodie material was good, not flimsy. Ordering is very easy and they send updates which for me says a lot about their customer service.
