@ChowbusOfficial Ordered the food on… @ChowbusOfficial Ordered the food on 5:25pm tonight, the food was ready on 5:56pm! It took Chowbus 1 hour to find a driver. The status never updated until I messaged the customer support. Now the delivery estimate is 8:31pm. Come on! 3 hours for 20 minutes drive???!!! Also, the driver didn’t take a route any gps would suggest. He is hanging around in the middle of nowhere instead driving on a free highway leading to my house!

We ordered dinner on Friday and it was… We ordered dinner on Friday and it was scheduled to arrive at 8pm. The food did not come until 12pm. My friend was in constant dialogue with the customer service people who were utterly useless and disinterested. They kept saying the food would definitely come and when refunds were discussed, they were completely non-committal. They also refused to give an expected time of arrival at any stage and the driver drove within a couple of blocks of our house numerous times during the night without delivering. If you want to to ruin your Friday night, then order Chowbus, or, the NO Showbus.

Absolutely disappointing Absolutely disappointing delivering services. Doesn't matter if they have great food choices on the app if they can't deliver them to your door. I waited for more than 2 hours for my food to deliver in Chicago. That didn't happen once, it happened quite often and I live in the South Loop area which is ironic that no one is delivering food in a big city. I am moving to Uber Eats and other alternative options, this is the worst food delivering app/service in 2020/2021.

No more delivery service without notice I ordered from chowbus last month for delivery from a good restaurant and it was pretty good but when I ordered this time I didn’t notice that I ordered pickup instead of delivery. When I contacted them they’re telling me that they no longer do delivery services!! I don’t even have a car so I’m now asking friends if they can pick up my food for me. And get this, on the website, right next to the customer service section it was the driver service section and their telling me they don’t have deliver services anymore.

Awful experience with customer… Awful experience with customer services. I've been a victim of fraud using Chowbus and customer services just ignored me after I told them about the issue. The transaction was still pending when I got in touch so maybe with some quick action it could have been resolved - but received no help at all
