Trying to sign up...but Reached out last Wednesday as a restaurant looking to sign up for their service. Three email exchanges with two different people back and forth and gave them our name location and contact for sign up. As of today Monday, nothing. We sent an email again following up this morning. Nothing. Disappointed. Understand if we are busy but some sort of update would be appreciated.

Also, it's such a saving for me to subscribe to Chowbus plus so that I save a ton on the delivery cost, which could be 20+ dollars with other platforms. Love the customer service folks who helped me patiently. Will recommend more to my friends.

No more delivery service without notice I ordered from chowbus last month for delivery from a good restaurant and it was pretty good but when I ordered this time I didn’t notice that I ordered pickup instead of delivery. When I contacted them they’re telling me that they no longer do delivery services!! I don’t even have a car so I’m now asking friends if they can pick up my food for me. And get this, on the website, right next to the customer service section it was the driver service section and their telling me they don’t have deliver services anymore.

Support local Asian businesses, but don't use this app Customer service representative are all rude and didn't even let me know they were from Chowbus. It was just a random number from Florida and then the representative had the audacity to yell at me and rush me instead of taking her time to talk to me about the situation. Great idea on the app to help other Asian businesses out, but horrible customer service.
