GBTrying to sign up...but Reached out last Wednesday as a restaurant looking to sign up for their service. Three email exchanges with two different people back and forth and gave them our name location and contact for sign up. As of today Monday, nothing. We sent an email again following up this morning. Nothing. Disappointed. Understand if we are busy but some sort of update would be appreciated.

GB@ChowbusOfficial Ordered the food on… @ChowbusOfficial Ordered the food on 5:25pm tonight, the food was ready on 5:56pm! It took Chowbus 1 hour to find a driver. The status never updated until I messaged the customer support. Now the delivery estimate is 8:31pm. Come on! 3 hours for 20 minutes drive???!!! Also, the driver didn’t take a route any gps would suggest. He is hanging around in the middle of nowhere instead driving on a free highway leading to my house!

GBLeft the restaurant steaming hot got here cold as ice I made an order ,and got it two hours after it left the restaurant and it was ice cold. The company is defending their position saying it was delivered in a timely manner. Do yourself a favor do not use this company.
