Our recipes date back to 1917. Our fruitcake is a light cake with 67% fruit and nuts. We use large cherries, succulent pineapple, regular and golden raisins along with pecans and walnuts. The only liquid in our fruitcake is bourbon, rum and brandy. In addition to our out of this world flavor, we promise to maintain quality and care in our products.

Great Job! Great Job!! Sent them as presents to several family members and they loved them. All products arrived at indicated times and in excellent condition. They loved the Turtle Nut Cake and the Southern Pecan Cake. Full of nuts and had wonderful flavor profiles. Both are now on the list for reordering for future events.

These cakes are delicious and very habit forming! I was introduced to these delicious cakes when I was a teenager and never knew the 'exact" name until I happened to see them being sold at Cabela's. Since then I order them or buy them every chance I get. They are a wonderful value for the money because you want to eat every crumb! I'm so happy to be able to order them year-round and not just at the holidays. I keep one in the refrigerator ALL the time!
