GBCalls to Moneygram Once everything is sorted then Moneygram is very efficient. Sending money to Cameroon is always a bit of an issue, having to call Moneygram to answer various questions, which I full understand. The only problem I have is that some of your people' English is very poor and difficult to understand. The other problem is with the music you play when put on hold for long periods of time, its absolutely diabolical, and almost makes you want to cancel the call; perhaps thats the plan?

GBDisrespectful and poor customer service Customer service is very poor. Money was taken twice from my account for the same transaction. When I complained to them with evidence I was waved away. I contacted my bank and the refund was made on evidence. MoneyGram blocked my account after the poor service by their staff. They do not listen to customers neither communicate in a respectful manner. Super bad service

GBbed experiencing transition didn’t go… bed experiencing transition didn’t go true , i had valid debit card and founds so it was no reason to reject whole deal . Today i bought cash money and went true . but this is computers and internet era not 60’s 70’s time thank you
