GBEverything was perfect The entire process with Cookies Bouquets was perfect. We ordered 8 centerpieces from them with custom 7 cookies in each centerpiece. We gave them the art for the cookies we wanted to use and they had our mockups of the product ready for us on the date they promised. When it was time to pick up the bouquets, they were available on the date and time requested. The bouquets were put together 100% complete for us. They were also wrapped in bubblewrap to protect everything. All of the bouquets were securely packages for us to drive to our event (650 miles). Everything made it from Columbus to Virginia Beach completely intact. There was nothing to do but take them out of their protective packaging and place them on tables.Cookies Bouquets even provided us with some backup cookies in the event that something broke in transit. The people at Cookies Bouquets are also very easy to work with. And to top everything off, not only did the bouquets look beautiful, the cookies tasted great. Everyone at our event enjoyed them.
VERY HAPPY
GBretirement gift I sent my sister the cookies that look like balloons in the smiley face bucket for her retirement from teaching. She loved it and the cookies are so good that she is not sharing with anyone in the house. It's the first time I've used this website, but will definitely use it again.

GBDid my order and after it was processed… Did my order and after it was processed i got an email saying for an additional charge it could be delivered in the requested timeline. It should not allow an order to be processed with the date not applicable. We’ve cancelled the order and gone elsewhere. You lost a customer.

GBThe cookies were not being delivered to a patient I have no idea how the birthday gift box of cookies was because FedEx apparently didn't deliver them to the right address, as there is no one on staff at the Buffalo VA Medical Center with the name of the person who signed for them. The cookies were not being delivered to a patient, so I hope whoever got them, enjoyed them. My daughter works at the VA as a supervisor in the Mental Health department. Jeff Fonner doesn't work in the mail room he works in the warehouse and why didn't he take the initiative to get the delivery made? I'm done with this, Just give me a refund
