was ordered cake to my sister birthday… was ordered cake to my sister birthday party on 3 rd march 2024. At the same day within 1 hour I got a email that they were not able to deliver service on my sister address due to service is shortlisted. Within 5 to 7 working days you will get the amount return but till now they are not refund my payment and there is no contact number. Lots of time I am sending mails about my payment but they didn't not respond. Pls I beg to everyone don't order anything in kinkin is totally fraud company

Cake was very delicious and it was for my child he was very impressed by the cake 🍰 this is my best experience till now. I am frequently order from this website however, I don't get any special discount, I suggest to the company please give some extra discount to the frequent customer
