When I logged into Doola, I was hoping to find some assistance with this issue. Fortunately, I was connected with a representative named Gunjot who went above and beyond to help me. Gunjot guided me through the process of filing my annual report and successfully reinstating my LLC. I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Doola, especially the invaluable assistance from Gunjot. At the time, I wasn't even aware that my Doola subscription was overdue, but they still went out of their way to assist me. Highly recommended!

Doola makes it easy to form a company, but service is lacking Doola made it easy for me to form my company, but it's very clearly still a startup that has not figured out how to serve their customers properly with clear and streamlined service. Customer support is prompt, but often misses the point. The dashboard is attractive at a glance, but is confusing and difficult to navigate. I'm getting constant reminders to take action that I have already taken, conflicting messages from the dashboard, and confusing information all around. I would recommend Doola for setting up a company, but once that is done it would be wise to use other providers for tax filings and state compliance.
