I was going through a rough time I was going through a rough time, and was looking for information about selling one bottle of champagne my mother had, but passed away, so I was suffering emotionally and financially. I logged on my laptop to research my options about how to sell, where to sell, and who to sell to. After 1 hour of researching, I had not found any helpful information until I found Epic. Prior to Epic, everything I found was useless. I had to click on other company links, sign up to weird websites in order to look into options, and some were suspicious and could have been SPAM, and none of them answered questions, and sent automated replies that didn't help me at all. I was about to give up. Suddenly I found Epic, sent a question without having to provide all my personal information or sign up for a membership, and immediately I got a real reply from a real person, and was able to talk. All they wanted to do is help me. They listened to my drama, gave me very helpful information, and focused on helping me like a friend. They were so helpful, so kind, so honest, and I wish my friends were more like them. My rough life got harder every day until I talked, and emailed Epic. They helped me emotionally, and financially and wish more companies were more like them. NOT 5 STAR REVIEW...More like a GALAXY FULL OF STARS BECAUSE THEY ARE EXCELLENT.
