The company has a product that recognizes employees which is a central theme in many companies where keeping people engaged is an issue.

GBLearning about the service I'm still trying to understand the business and what it might offer me. I was disappointed that the issues that I had questions about (potential conflicts of interest, tax deductibility, and diversity) were unknown or not considered. Finally, I was not happy with the hard sell ("You have to decide this today.") when I was sincerely trying to learn and inform myself.
