I had a minor issue with shipping and submitted a message through Cana’s website, and literally a minute later received a phone call confirming resolution. I’ve also purchased from the company in the past and they ship much quicker than the other online distributors. This is the only online distributor I’ll be using in the future. Great job Cana!

Disappointed with final product I purchased 2 of the KC Chiefs Super Bowl Crown Royal boxes. I understood the bottle itself was not branded for KC, so I was paying a premium for the Chiefs Red box and bag. The package arrived damaged, and in particular, the premium boxes were crushed. The bottles were still in tact, but the special branded box was smashed. A friend also bought from CANA one of the same Chiefs boxes as a gift for me, and it was even worse. Sorry - but for $170 plus delivery and taxes, I am very disappointed.

On the other hand, I ordered a bottle from one of their competitors and am still waiting for it to arrive. Their customer service is exceptional, and they genuinely care about my concerns.
