Peter is Awesome Sauce! There was an issue with UPS delivering on the scheduled date. I sent an email to Flask and Peter responded and immediately took on the issue and kept me up to date until the actual delivery. Peter was absolutely awesome. I wish I could clone his customer service to my employees. He took complete ownership even though it was not Flask's error and stayed in constant communication until all was complete. Wish they allowed in store shopping! Flask is always very accommodating and always happy to order anything they don't have in stock. However, it is very disappointing not to be able to go in to the store and browse their inventory???

With a lot of bottles selling for five and ten times the price of retail and although the bottle I ordered was not necessarily expensive SEZZLE ( Which many companies do not offer ) helps split up payments and for ordering higher priced bottles in the future.
