Special service, great wines We travel quite a bit so every time I place an order, I get a call from customer service asking if we are going to be home for the delivery. That is special customer service to me. I have been a customer probably for almost 30 years.

Membership feel without the commitment I really appreciate being able to set up a wine membership gift for someone without having to commit to a monthly membership fee. It was appreciated to pay one full price but get the monthly frequency arranged. I don’t have to track canceling or get added fees this way. I think the website mobile experience could improve. I had a hard time getting through the pages because it didn’t cooperate as easy as it could have. Other than that, I hope the wine is well received as this is a gift. So I can’t review that part yet!

I only order from Wine of The Month I am always confident that the wines offered are selected with absolute care and precision. The descriptions are spot on and trustworthy.
