GBMultiple charges to card, cannot cancel Got a voucher of theirs and used it, the wine tasted great. but then 2 months later i noticed the charged my credit card, and they make thier website such a maze to figure it out. you cant completely cancel your account, only downgrade, you cannot erase your Billing info, terrible. Basicly they were hoping I wouldnt notice they keep charging me??

GBMy experience over the years My experience over the years has been excellent! Even when the shipper crushed the box and broke the wine, you immediately contacted me and send a new box that arrived within a day of the first! Kudos to Naked Wines US!
