Sometimes questions and such not answered easily In general I find VF quite good. Sometimes I have trouble trying to get responses to questions. For instance, I have pending a question about charges for use of their cellar and no answer yet after at least 3 weeks.

Group Event Our group event required Vinfolio to ship to 30 different locations with short notice and they did a great job of getting it right. All boxes were delivered on time and in good shape.

Requested 4 wine bottles be sent from… Requested 4 wine bottles be sent from my account to a friend in Los Angeles on October 25. As of Friday November 18 (3.5 weeks later), 2 of the bottles were delivered on November 18, the other 2 have not even shipped yet. Don’t understand why it takes almost a month to ship 4 bottles from my account. Terrible experience, made me look bad to good friends that were expecting the bottles but did not receive them until 3 weeks later. Terrible, simply terrible…

Simple task done perfectly Arranged shipping of wine with cheapest option. I had hoped to pick up in San Francisco but you no longer have an office here! So I looked over the website again and found a great bargain so that I would get the two-bottle shipping price. Carol has been finding me and helping with updating credit info. Thanks
