Great service for NY delivery from a West Coast gift giver! I wanted to send a friend in NY a bottle of wine after she had a particularly bad day. I'm in Oregon, and had no idea how to go about it. I Googled and found Boozecarriage. They went out of their way to help me locate a specific bottle of Oregon wine and get it to her that very day! It was a difficult bottle to locate, but customer service was awesome, and took care of everything perfectly. I will definitely use them again!

Above my expectations I just sent a bottle of champagne to a friend via Boozecarriage. They were out of the specific brand that I had purchased, but I was called, by a very pleasant clerk, within a few minutes of the order, given a different brand of champagne that was just a little higher quality than the one I had originally purchased, and it was at her place in 30 minutes! I can't wait to use Boozecarriage again... maybe tonight?

excellent, quick service I highly recommend using Booze Carriage. I first turned to them when I broke my ankle and so was not able to run out and by wine - and within 45 minutes, it was at my door (already chilled too!). Fantastic Service Ordered a case of wine to be delivered as a gift to a Doctor who performed a life saving surgery on my wife. The wine was delivered as was promised and the Doctor was extremely happy since it was a totally out of the blue type of gift that was never expected. Keep up the good work.
