The bottles The bottles arrived damaged on the coldest day of the year in NJ. They must’ve frozen in transit and the corks popped halfway out. I submitted pictures to the merchant and the organic wine store dealt with the situation, obviously the fault of UPS, responsibly and quickly. Thank you organic wine store.

Exceptional Customer Service Owner of the store contacted me personally when he thought there was a fulfillment issue with my order. He offered the a free bottle of wine in replacement of the order shortage. The order arrived a day early and everything was in excellent condition. Definitely would purchase from this store again.
