Shipping experience My only complaint was something out of you folks hands. The UPS delivery driver wasn't in the typical brown van so I was uncertain of whether to answer the door, particularly this time of year. They wore no uniform or any type of identifying item to show they were a UPS employee. As far as the experience you guys provided, I couldn't be happier and my fiancée will be thrilled. This wine is actually made by her family in Italy and she has searched for it for years

I was never notified that my order was… I was never notified that my order was ready. I had to stop into the store to check and see if it was there. The pick up was fine but notification would have been nice.
