They are fun, host many fun events and offer many different options to please anyone’s taste. While all their employees are awesome, Shelly in McMinnville is beyond awesome and Tayler in Hood River is so wonderful. You will never regret stopping at any one of their locations.

The customer service used to be better… I've been a member for about 1.5 years now. The customer service used to be better (warmer, friendlier and more humble) a year ago. But when I called last time in September 2018 to inquire about my quarterly order (it incountered problems while being shipped), I felt aloof attitude. I was told that I can check the status at FedEx myself, which is totally cool. But I felt I had bothered with my call. But the wine is as delicious as always!

I respected your company's care in… I respected your company's care in transporting product to me. Watching the expected temperature during shipping to insure the best product upon delivery impressed me. The wine selection arrived as ordered. I have only enjoyed two bottles so far, they have been excellent. I will surely recommend your product and look forward to future purchases.

Everything is great!! Everything is great!!! The wine is very good. The labeling is enjoyable, so please don't change it. The flights poured at the establishments are appropriately described and the employees are a joy at the Bend, Oregon location. The Great Train Robbery at Hood River, OR was a fun experience.

The tasting room experience is becoming… The tasting room experience is becoming less desirable every time I go. Seating is uncomfortable, music is way too loud, both member and purchased food tray quality has gone way down and attention for service or number of servers is most often lacking. I have been a loyal member for several years, but in making the long drive to the tasting rooms I have been less and less satisfied once I got there. I love the underlying theme and idea behind the winery and the wines themselves are great. Work on the atmosphere and individual member experience, please!
