On the positive side, the Mercury Delivery Service driver out of Dayton, OH called to let us know that he was on the way and called again when he arrived, but it was all same-day, and if we happened to be away from home he would have made a dry run and we would not have received the package. The delivery driver was very polite, professional, and customer focused despite having to make our delivery at 8:00 PM, with several additional deliveries in his vehicle.

I was a little disappointed…. I was a little disappointed when my wine arrived since I thought I REORDERED the same kind of wine I ordered previously, however the label was different and the flavor is somewhat different. Not undrinkable but not what I expected.

Horrible experience Horrible experience. Wine chateau send me the wrong Pinot Noir but charged me for the more expensive vintage. They initially tried to get me to keep the cheaper wine for the same price. Then offered a discount that wasn't even half the difference in price. Then made it my responsibility to return the wine. It's weeks later and still no refund. Grade: F

Ordered and paid for three bottles Ordered and paid for three bottles. Got two, one was almost empty. The irony is that I paid for "insurance" of $8.95 for up to $300 - just enough to cover the purchase. Tried to contact them, no response. Going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Stay away!
